365Architetti offers an executive design and project management service based on measurements managed and executed internally by laser scanner, to ensure lean procedures, anticipate the problems of the construction site and get a quality control that accompanies the customer until the drafting of as-built.

Every project need a specific know-how and this is the reason why we assemble a dedicated team with sure contacts for our clients, employing architects, engineerings, CAD specialists, designer, PM in order to implement in careful way and with the most appropriate resources.

    • The process that starts from the as-built relief allows to insert the interior fittings, consisting of walls, suspended ceilings, windows, furniture and MEP systems, on complex spaces such as hotels, shops, villas, offices, conference centers.
      All the information is reported in a single plan/ section to control and manage in detail to control the site progress, material orders and above all prevent the problems on the site.

    • Digital 3D range based survey with Leica BLK 360 laser scanner.
      The Leica BLK360 captures captures thousands of points in very few seconds with high accuracy as well captures full-colour panoramic images overlaid on a high-accuracy point cloud.
      The product obtained is a cloud of points of architecture detected from which you can extract all the necessary information, as if you had a photograph of the three-dimensional and measurable construction site always available with a few clicks.

    • The DM assumes the role of manager of a specific project area or parts of an area, responding to the PM regarding the production of the specific documentation to be delivered to the site.

    • The PM has a role of extreme trust from the part of the client, since it is the pivotal role that follows the entire store clerk from the total point of view (coordination of the professionals, management of the plan and the suppliers, interaction with the competent agencies) up to the most important details (supervision of each work activity, coordination of timing/ costs/ processing). The tasks that a project manager must perform for the succ
      ess of the architectural project can be divided into two areas:
      Operational area, linked to methodologies, tools and working techniques to better achieve the objectives of the project;
      Relational area, relating to interpersonal and communication dynamics.
